Our Redding and Red Bluff Offices Are Currently Open

At Moore & Pascarella, the health and safety of our patients and staff is our top priority as our community makes plans to re-open in a strategic and safe manner. In an effort to ensure your health and safety in our office, we’ve made changes to our facility and implemented new systems to ensure our patients and team receive the best protection possible.  It’s important to us that you feel comfortable & safe while receiving needed care in our office.

When you come to Moore & Pascarella for your next visit, here are a few changes you can expect: 

• We’ll be instituting new car-side screening procedures. A member of our team will come see you at your car window and ask pre-screening questions, give you any necessary paperwork, and take your temperature to screen for fever before you come inside.
• We’ll be asking patients to wait in their cars and reserving the waiting room for seniors and those who are with caregivers. This step ensures we have plenty of room in our waiting area to keep patients safe and comply with current social distancing guidelines.
• We’ll be keeping the overall number of people in the office to a minimum and limiting contact between people through modified scheduling and patient flow procedures throughout our facility.
• We’ll be providing additional personal protective equipment to our team to ensure their safety and yours.
